PETE HAS LOST OVER 100KGS!

“WHEN I FIRST MET THE GUYS FROM STRENGTH & MOVEMENT PLAYGROUND I WEIGHED OVER 200KG AND SUFFERED FROM SEVERAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND HEART DISEASE.  IN THE FIVE YEARS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY LOSE THE WEIGHT TO SAVE MY LIFE AND NOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY AND BALANCED LIFESTYLE THANKS TO THEIR GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION.

THERE IS NO QUESTION THAT WITHOUT THE ROUTINE; MENTAL, PHYSICAL, AND NUTRITIONAL ADVICE; SUPPORT; MOTIVATION; AND GOAL SETTING TECHNIQUES PROVIDED I WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND A WAY TO WHERE I AM TODAY.”

ONE OF THE REALLY GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE STRENGTH & MOVEMENT PLAYGROUND IS THAT THE GUYS HERE WORK OUT VERY QUICKLY WHAT MOTIVATES YOU MOST, AND USE IT ESPECIALLY ON THOSE DAYS WHERE YOU’RE FEELING NOT-SO-MOTIVATED (LOOKING AT YOU, MONDAY MORNINGS) TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TIME. THEY’VE MANAGED TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CHALLENGING BUT ALSO FUN, THROUGH LOTS OF VARIETY, A WILLINGNESS TO TEACH AND TRY NEW THINGS, AND A KNACK FOR KNOWING WHEN YOU’RE CAPABLE OF JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE.

I STARTED HERE A LITTLE OVER 12 MONTHS AGO AND I’M GLAD TO SAY MY SESSIONS HERE ARE PART OF MY WEEKLY ROUTINE- I’M HAPPIER AND STRONGER AND WOULDN’T CHANGE A THING.
